Portable warning triangle must be approved by ECE Regulation No. 27, and it is placed over emergency stop, especially on drive interruption due to error on the vehicle or cargo or due to traffic accidents (§ 24 paragraph 3 of Act no. 8/2009 Coll. about road traffic and amending certain laws).
Warning triangle must be in the vehicle in a protective cover (e.g. package) or without protective cover, but then it must be ensured the necessary protection against external influences during transport.
